Cancellation: You may cancel your service request before the commencement of work. Once work has begun, cancellations are not accepted.                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Refunds: Refunds are considered on case to case basis                                                                                                             a) Full Refund case: You are eligible for full in the following cases:-                                                                                           I. Cancellation within 4 hours: If you cancel your order within 4 hours of payment and we haven’t started processing it or assigned it to an expert, you’ll receive a full refund. Please email us at support@registerbizindia to request the cancellation. II. Accidental or excess payment: If you placed an order by mistake, made duplicate payments, or paid more than the agreed service fee, we will refund the extra amount.                                                                                                                                III. Unavailability of suitable professionals: If All information was provided truthfully and fully to our team and are eligible for the service, but we’re unable to assign a suitable professional from our network within 30 days,                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  b) Partial Refund: You are eligible in following cases:-                                                                                                                  I. Client ineligibility or incomplete documentation: If we cannot proceed with your order due to missing documents or if you’re not eligible for the service, we may issue a partial refund after deducting 25% as handling charges, provided no expert has been assigned.                                                                                                                                                            

Late cancellation requests: Cancellation requests made after 4 hours of placing the order may result in either no refund or a partial refund, depending on the case. A minimum of 25% will be deducted for processing and handling time.                                                                        

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days                                                                           

Refund mode:  Through online mode. If required we may ask for your Bank account details to remit the amount.                                                                                                                                                                               

Non-refundable Fees: Government fees and third-party charges are non-refundable.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

No Refund cases: By using our platform, you confirm that you understand the applicable government fees, compliance requirements, paperwork, and any facilities or premises needed for licenses, registrations, certifications, or government approvals. You are responsible for submitting all required documents and information as requested by our network of professionals. If you do not provide the necessary details, no refund will be issued.
